History

Mangines & Burke, LLC is a law firm representing employees and employers in a wide variety of employment issues, as well as individuals and small businesses in general civil and business litigation.  Currently headquartered in West Hartford, Mangines & Burke, LLC has represented clients throughout Connecticut from its offices in Fairfield and Hartford Counties.

Francis D. Burke

Attorney Francis D. Burke has more than twenty five years of experience practicing law on a wide variety of matters. Attorney Burke has a wealth of trial experience, litigating cases in state and federal courts.  He also represents clients before a wide variety of administrative agencies, both state and federal; as well as in arbitration and mediation.  

Attorney Burke is a skilled negotiator. While always willing and able to go to court and try a case if necessary, he firmly believes that the best outcome for all involved is often a negotiated settlement.
